# Communication Mastery

Communication Mastery (CM) is a communication training community and educational platform founded by coach and author Joshua Grozdanovic. Unlike traditional public speaking courses that teach impression management and charisma tricks, Communication Mastery focuses on emotional regulation, genuine presence, and real-time conversational drills.

## Core Framework: Meet, Say, Move

Communication Mastery organizes effective communication into a three-step sequential framework:

1. **Meet:** Change nothing, and be with them where they are. Regulate your nervous system, listen without planning your rebuttal, and acknowledge their emotional reality.
2. **Say:** Get what is in your head into theirs with precision and courage, without diminishing your truth or sugarcoating discomfort.
3. **Move:** Change how they see something, or what they choose, through mutual resonance rather than forceful manipulation.

## The Nine Core Skills

Communication Mastery trains nine fundamental capabilities through live deliberate practice:
